You have many options when you decide not to use your week yourself. Every week we get questions from owners about the best choice of alternatives. There is no right answer. You need to look at all the options and your own needs and see what works for you.
Just remember to let the resort know what is happening with your week. Email us with the information about who will be arriving and when. Then we will be prepared to welcome your guest.

- Bank it with the Resort
- Must be requested more than 90 days in advance
- No Advertising
- No Cost
- Advantages: Own High season (week 51 to 16). Can use anytime within 2 Years. Subject to space availability. Like units only, unlike unit = InHouse Exchange
- Disadvantages: Forfeited after 2 years if not used. Low weeks must use in Low weeks only
- In-House Exchange
- Must be requested more than 90 days in advance
- No Advertising
- Cost: From Low to High. Pay difference in the Rack Rate
Members get a 25% discount off the Rack Rate. - Advantages: Greater Availability
- Disadvantages: More Expensive
- Put it in the Rental Program
- Must be requested more than 90 days in advance
- No Advertising
- Cost: 25% of revenue
- Advantages: Get paid 75% of revenue
- Disadvantages: May nor rent
- List it on the Sales and Rental listing
- Get listed on the La Quinta Bearch Resort Website
- Cost: $30 Annually
- Advantages:You set your own price. Pay no commission.
Get listed on the website - Disadvantages: You do all the work
- Bank it with Interval International
- Must bank more than 90 days in advance for full options
- No Advertising
- $70 per year dues. Plus a weekly fee when you rent
- Advantages: Use your week anywhere in the world
- Disadvantages: It is sometimes difficult to get what you want when you want it.

- Notify the Resort anytime up untill the week of occupancy

- Advantages: No time limit. No Commission. Doesn't go unused
- Disadvantages: Time Consuming. You get no money for it
