A friendly reminder to the La Quinta family

LQBR2014During the month of September La Quinta did the maintenance billing electronically, we are asking members who still did not receive the statement to please contact the resort at lqbmanager@setarnet.aw  or you can call at 011-297-5275000 during office hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The due date is December 31, 2014 and on January 5, 2015 the first 10% late fee will be on the account of all unpaid maintenance fees.

Avoid the following:

  • Cancellation of your regular unit/week
  • Cancellation of deposit/request with Interval
  • Late fee of 10% followed with 25%.

Write check payable to; La Quinta Beach Resort and the mailing address is;

    Hi my husband and I purchased week 20, unit 108 last year, we’re we supposed to get a statement. As of today, November 26, 2014 we have not received one. Thanks for your attention in this matter.

    Never tec’d a statement for 2015! Mailed out a check based on the August letter we tec’d and hopefully covers our locker fee, if not we will settle up in Feb. looking forward to getting there.

    Just stumbled upon this, wondering why I did not receive my invoice yet for 2015 . I see there is an address to send it to but I do not know what the new fees are for the 2 bedrooms. Can someone please please contact me. At the above email or phone 201-460-8921.

    I sent a check to MJr. Scaturro from my home in Toms River I never received a returned letter back. I do not know what happened to the check. I will check tomorrow with my bank and then have it sent to him. Please have him watch out for the check. I have never had this happen before and I do not know whether he lost it or not but I will have the check stopped. I always have a return address on my envelopes. Sorry but I am never late and I don’t intend to pay a late fee. If this is not acceptable with you let me know and I will have my bank send you a verification about the check. I will send a new check in the morning, and as for the letter sent to me I wish you had e-mailed me so I could have looked into this before now. I thought it probably took time for Mr. Scaturrro to transfer the money to Aruba. Thank you, Linda Melia Week 33
